Building Partners

In keeping with the tenets of Integrated Project Delivery we have already begun putting together our construction team.  The goal is to have our framer, mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractors on board before Construction Documents are completed.  Again we want to influence the design decisions and not have to react to them.
